Dude every time I see this post I have the urge to punch a baby in the face because I swear to god this must be the stupidest statement I've seen.
Just because you don't use that that doesn't mean that it's useless info, for example, when I was taking Descriptive Geometry, which is geometry in three planes, I HAD to use math, I HAD to use pythagorean theorems because I am a digital animation student and I needed to know how shapes worked on paper before working on them digitally.
And you know what? All of the things you see around you have uses arithmetics and algebra to solve many problems, but you don't hear anything of this because the first thing you hear when you do a google search is "how im never using math in life" or "im not using algebra ever".
I tell you, I felt like this once, in high school, but after reaching College I realized that they prepare you GENERALLY for a career that might or might not use math, and not only this happens with algebra or math in general, but also with Social Studies, Chemestry and Biology, but you don't hear much people complain about these ones eh?
So to conclude, my point is that even if YOU are not going to use it, maybe other people will, maybe other people decide to major in engineering and they WILL use math, and they will be required to know math, so for the love of god stop being so fucking individualistic and stop praising Tumblr so goddamn much when these "sexuality and politics" are mostly one-sided and probably biased.

Yeah, I said it, Tumblr is biased, don't believe me? Ask any person who says that they don't like anything that most people in Tumblr like, see how it goes.
